in this competitive industry. Our hands-on and classroom
instruction -- delivered in an easy-to-understand format
by licensed engineers, architects and certified inspectors
-- prepares our students to tackle the complexities of modern-day
home inspections, from basement to roof and all elements
in between.
Whether you complete our approved 3-day (20-Hr.), 5-day (40-Hr.), 10-day (80-Hr.), or 14-day
(120 Hr.) home inspector course, you are assured of
an intensive learning experience focusing on how to perform
an effective inspection, how to fill out a proper report,
how to market your home inspection business, and how to
communicate with clients.
Our student’s leave with an understanding of the major
components of a house through interactive classroom displays
and actual field inspections, where students test electrical
systems (plumbing, gas, electric, appliances), examine homes
from top to bottom with your certified instructors, and
take sample certification tests. Important technical aspects
of the job are taught with specific regard to the roll of
the home inspector. All learning materials and official
home inspection certification documents are included in the price of the
course.
