Long before A-PRO decided to offer home inspection business opportunities, our professional instructors were training and certifying hundreds of individuals like you in how to perform a quality, professional inspection that meets the stringent requirements of the International Society of Home Inspectors. Many of our trainees have gone on to start their own successful home inspection careers. Additionally, hundreds of professionals have been licensed through A-PRO instructors in states that have home inspection licensing requirements.

These same instructors will be responsible for training licensees in the administrative, marketing and technical elements of performing home inspections and successfully managing a home inspection business. All licensees attend a one week long training program at our corporate training facility. Franchisees can opt to complete additional training through a proven home study course.

Several days of On-site training is provided during a licensee’s initial home inspections start-up. An A-PRO representative accompanies the licensee, assisting when necessary and offering advice and answering questions to guarantee that he or she will not be sent into the field without an experienced backup present.
